Entity Management

Implemented changes allowing users to designate authorized signers and beneficial owners for legal entities. This enables users to further leverage the Talon platform as a single source of truth for legal entity information, which in turn supports use cases relating to AML/CFT, and in the future this feature can support more seamless account opening/maintenance with authorized financial institution partners.
